I was stuck in old ways when it came to the gym, and in terms of my nutrition in particular. Since I started Charlie's programme it has given me a new way of looking at what I eat. The diet he gave me incorporates foods that I enjoy eating and was able to adapt it around my working life. In just 5 weeks the plan helped me shed 5kg of fat that I thought I could never lose! 

Since doing this I look and feel healthier than before and will never go back to my old habits.

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.
