Prior to starting on Charlie’s fat loss program I had not trained nor ate properly for 8 months.
I was not happy with where I was in my training and also my health so I decided to send a message to Charlie asking for advice. Within minutes I was met with a reply and that was the start.
I had been doing the same thing over and over and not getting anywhere. Even though I thought I knew what I was doing.
The diet that Charlie had written for me had great foods that kept me full between meals, plus the science behind high GI and low GI foods around workouts was something new for me that I will continue to use.
The foods that Charlie puts in your programs are easy to eat and doesn’t feel as though your dieting. And with the weekly check in he pays attention to mood and energy and evaluates your next meals in order to make progress continue.
The 12 week program was hard but with Charlie’s approach to fitness it kept things interesting and at the end of the day the results are there.
I have done programs before and contest peeps when I was 10kg heavier. Charlie’s programs work and he knows what he’s talking about.
I will continue to do a lean bulk with Charlie as my coach because I know that his support and coaching skills work.
