With my Skype clients, we check in weekly face to face for 30 minutes to discuss the week that has just passed alongside the plan for the week ahead. We will look to work around any travel arrangements you have, navigating tricky scenarios such as business trips, hotels, restaurants and different gym environments.
With every challenge that arises potentially having a negative effect on your progress there is a resolution, the expression where there is a will there is a way and we will work together to find solutions to ensure you achieve your goals.
Check-ins are booked in weekly in advance, I work with clients all over the world and I can work with any different time zone.
